PRE-OWNED VEHICLE EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our number one goal here at CMA's Rocky Mount Toyota and that’s why we offer CMA's Love It or Leave It Exchange Policy* to make sure you are completely satisfied with your pre-owned vehicle purchase for years to come. If you find that the pre-owned vehicle you recently purchased does not meet your needs, you have the absolute right to return the purchased vehicle to our dealership within 3 days calendar days of the date of delivery. This right is limited to a maximum mileage driven of 250 miles and the vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the time of delivery. If there was a trade-in involved with the sale, the customer's trade will be returned to the customer in the same condition as when traded in at the time of sale. The customer will be refunded any amount of money paid to the dealership in the consummation of the sale and the financing if any will remain in place.
The 30-Day Exchange Guarantee
Customers purchasing CMA's Pre-Owned vehicles (excluding CMA's As-Is vehicles) will receive the right to exchange the purchased vehicle for another vehicle in stock at the selling dealership. Customer will receive the full credit for the amount paid including the Dealer Processing Fee for the vehicle but less the state sales/title tax and license and title fees. This exchange right must be executed within 30 calendar days of sale and before the vehicle has accumulated 750 miles. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as at the time of delivery. This credit will be applied to the replacement vehicle's selling price at the time of the transaction. If financing was involved in the purchase of either the car being returned or the one selected for exchange, this right of exchange will be subject to financing by the selected source.

** CMA's As-Is vehicles do qualify for the 3-Day Return, but do not qualify for the 30-Day Exchange privilege. *We will exchange any pre-owned vehicle within five days of original purchase date if it has been driven less than 200 miles. Saturdays and Sundays are counted in the five-day period. If the fifth day falls on a Sunday, the exchange must be completed by the close of business on the previous Saturday. The purchase price will be credited as a trade-in toward the replacement vehicle. If the original transaction included an over-allowance for a trade-in, the difference between the allowance and actual trade cash value will be deducted from the credit toward the replacement vehicle. No exchanges will be granted if the original vehicle is damaged or if there is evidence of abuse. No exceptions will be made for the five-day period or the 200-mile maximum.
